This is a black and white an unidentified man on the right of the image holding a cord and pushing a button while looking at one of the lighted panels. Text on verso side reads "Picture 16 The addition is now completed and the correct sum appears in the left accumulator, +42370940005". Written in pencil on small white round label on original protective sleeve was "1108-10".
