This object consists of a red business-card sized card encased in slightly larger clear plastic lamination sheets. The card contains a 5/8 x 3/4 inch, gold semiconductor chip, which is visible only from the front of the card. On the front of the card, the "headline" above the chip has the Digital Equipment Corporation logo followed by the text, "Alpha 21164 - The "BIPS Chip." Seven lines of "bulleted" text follow and the back of the card also contains "bulleted" text, telephone numbers, and other graphics.
