Object is a large pcb populated with many integrated circuits and other components. There is a metal bracket attached at the outer end, and another at the connector end. An insulating panel was held by friction at the connector end and by four screws on stand-offs at the outer end. The screws have pulled through the material. The insulating material is deteriorating, cracking, splitting, and many small bits have flaked off.
