Object is a large metal panel with phenolic sockets for 18 vacuum tubes (all empty) and phenolic boards and vacuum tube modules on the back of the metal panel. Legend reads "306-307 MULTIPLY-SHIFT CONTROL." Eleven (11) metal connectors along the perimeter of all four sides of face are labeled with self-adhesive labels and numbered 03547-03557. "Module B" is handwritten on a self-adhesive backed tag tied to the object. "NR3128 - Box I - #12" is handwritten on an index card, bagged and tied to the object.
