The card is a pale, translucent-green, with an opaque white square overlay on the obverse-side and silver colored solder lines on the reverse-side. The obverse side is covered by a variety of red-orange, yellow, red, and silver components; two of the eight circular, silver colored components are marked "720 SDS307," and is marked "SER. SDS65" on the right side, and "ASSY NO. 117028, GATED FLIP FLOP, and FT12" along the bottom. The reverse side is marked with eight black inspection stamps.
