The substrate of this card is translucent light-green with brass-colored printing on the obverse-side and silver-colored solder lines on the reverse-side . The obverse is covered with red, silver, baby-blue and black components; one of the eight silver-colored, circular components is marked on the top, the others are marked on the side. The obverse side is marked " SDS-66" on the right side, and "DECR. COUNTER ASSY NO. 134278 LT58" along the bottom. The reverse side is marked with seven black inspection stamps, one reads "843 D," another reads "22." There is an oval paper sticker at the bottom-right corner stamped with illegible numbers.
