The card is a pale, translucent-green covered by brass-colored printing on the obvers side and silver-colored solder lines on the reverse side. The obverse is covered with red, baby-blue, black, and silver components; one of the five circular, silver-colored components is made by Texas Instruments and is marked "SD306 6824A." The obverse substrate is marked "838" on the left side, "SDS-65" on the right side, and "ASSY NO. 126(?)12, LOGIC ELEMENT, and LT25" along the bottom. The reverse side is marked with four black stamps, and an oval sticker that reads "126759- F."
