One (1) silver-colored metal arm and head, with wire and connector. The back of the arm is marked "0780" in green and "2270035 EQUIVALENT TO 2250963" in black. The wire that connects the head to the connector is red, white, and green. A 3-3/4 length of wire is coiled around the wire. The connector is made of off-white plastic and is marked "AMP" in raised letters. Two small pieces of the box pictured in this record are extant. One is marked "HEAD & ARM ASSEMBLY P/N 2250963" and the other "7353165."
