Reverse side of substrate (with solder joints) reads "INPUT NETWORK W701A" along the edge. Obverse side imprinted with a repeating red "W" pattern, has several components, and is marked with three inspection stamps. "FLIP CHIP" can be read through substrate, between rivets.
