Module 1 of 2 has one faint, black, circular inspection stamp near the handle on the component-side; module 2 of 2 has two faint, black, circular stamps. "FLIP CHIP" is visible on both modules beneath the stamp(s), through the substrate. A repeating pattern of a "P" within a rectangle is printed in red on the substrate.
