The handle reads "DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS" in raised letters on the solder-side. The substrate on the solder-side reads CLOCK CONTROL G913 A" along the left-edge. There are two faint, circular, black inspection stamps near the handle on the component-side. "FLIP CHIP" is visible through the substrate, between the rivets. A repeating pattern of a "P" within a rectangle is printed in red on the substrate.
