The handle reads "DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS" in raised letters on the solder-side. The substrate on the solder-side reads "DIODE GATE R111 E" and "7-66" along the left-edge. There are three black inspection stamps, two circular and one square, near the handle on the component-side. "FLIP CHIP" is visible through the substrate above the square stamp. "Defekt" is hand-written in pencil below the square stamp. A repeating pattern of "NP" is printed in red on the substrate.
