This is a B130 module with a green board and a blue plastic extraction handle attached by two rivets. The component side is marked with three inspection stamps, two round and one triangular. Thoughout the board are red manufacturer's markings. "3 BIT PARITY CIRCUIT B130B 6-" is stamped on the solder side.
