Description

This is a B163 module with green board and a dark green plastic extraction handle attached by two rivets. The component side is marked with an inspection stamp reading "Tested 18 A.M.T.2". "FLIP CHIP" can be read through the board, between the rivets. "DIODE GATE B163D" is printed on the solder side.
