The reverse side of the substrate (with solder joints) reads "BIPOLAR LEVEL AMPLIFIER W602A" along the edge. The obverse side is covered by a variety of components. Three black inspection stamps are located near the handle, two are barely visible. A repeating "neLco" pattern in red print is visible on the substrate.
