The obverse side is covered by a variety of components, with a silver-tone layer between the components and the green substrate. "FLIP CHIP" is located near the handle, and a black inspection stamp reading "PR" is located near the bottom of the module. A repeating "W" pattern in red print is visible on the substrate.
