The record contains a disk drive with four large platters on a horizontal axle. The disks are hermetically sealed in cases with inspection portholes. At the back there is a large wirewrap board with many modules plugged into it, and a switch box with three toggle switches and a reset button. There are also three pressure guages in the center.
