This L shaped aluminum card weight has a rounded lip at each end. Underneath "Alcoa" is stamped next to two identification numbers. There are also six cirlces stamped into the metal. In the middle there are two rectangular indentations, a small one toward the back and a longer one running all the way to the front edge.
