Vaccum tube consists of a glass tube with circuits inside connecting to 9 prongs on one end and a silver coating on the inside of the other end. Apparently unused tube in original field stocking box. Box is marked "INVENTORY ITEM USAGE MUST BE RECORDED," in black on red stick-on label. The "5" in "188-5" is faded on the right side and "P104" is faded.
