Object is a very old card punch for IBM-dimension cards but with round holes. Its function is puzzling: there are two feed stations. The one on the right feeds cards directly into a central hopper without (apparently) either reading or punching them. The station on the left feeds cards under what looks to be a punch unit (there is a chad tray under it) but it is not clear where the punch commands would come from. No manufacturer or other provenance.Date
