The object is a standard-design microfiche reader, with a viewing area of 11.5-inch-wide by 9.75-inch-high viewing screen, which is clear plastic with a blue tint. The tray for the fiche is below the screen. On the front of the object are a "low/high/off" switch and an adjustment knob for the screen..The function of a paper envelope pasted to the side of the object is probably to hold fiche. On the back of the object is an attached three-prong power cord. Several items found with the object have been sent to Archives.Manufacturer
