The object appears to be a 1/2" HARMONICA BLACK replacement cartridge for an IBM printer, which is sealed in shrinkwrap plastic and was found in what appears to be its original container. Six identical cartridges were found in the container. Text on the cardboard container label includes "TO REORDER CALL: 1-800-56ULTRA" and the part name and number.
