Description

The chip consists of a board with a green plastic extraction handle at one end and an 18 pin flat connector at the other. The handle is attached by two rivets. Between the rivets on the component side "flip chip" can be read through the board. There are two inspection stamps on the component side one square, and one faint round stamp.
