Curator Notes

PowerPoint is the world’s most widely used graphics presentation software. It was initially developed for the Apple Macintosh computer in 1987. That same year, Microsoft purchased the company, releasing a Windows version on May 22, 1990, the same day as Windows 3.0. Over one billion computers now run PowerPoint.
