A shadowbox plaque with four items inside: a small American flag badge/patch; a photograph of an astronaut standing next to the flag planted on the moon; an Apollo 15 mission badge/patch with the names Scott, Worden, Irwin; and a small plaque that reads: "This flag was carried aboard Apollo 15 during the first extended scientific exploration of the Moon, July 26 through August 8, 1971. Presented to the Digital Comptuer Museum, June 10, 1982. David R. Scott, Commander Apollo 15." Silver frame.
