The board on the solder-side reads "50 08912D" along the left edge. "FLIP CHIP" is printed between the rivets, component-side. A repeating pattern of "Tc"is printed on the board in red. There are three black inspection stamps on the component-side; one circle, one square, and one triangle. "OCT 29 1975" is printed in black over "FLIP CHIP".Date
