The board on the solder-side reads "I/O BUS RECEIVER M510A" along the right edge. "FLIP CHIP" is printed between the rivets of the handle on the component-side. There are three black inspection stamps on the component-side, one circle, one square, and one triangle. A repeating pattern of "don" is printed on the board in red.Date
