The board on the solder-side reads "5000912D" along the left edge. "FLIP CHIP" is printed on the component-side between the rivets, with "MAR 11 1976" stamped below in black. There are two black inspection stamps, one circle and one square. There is a repeating pattern of "AL" printed on the board in red.Date
