One (1) Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) / Electronic Memories planar stack memory board, 4Kx16. The board has two green extraction handles that match those used on DEC Flip Chips. The solder side of the handles read" DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS" in raised letters. A manufacturer's sticker reads "electronic memories / HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA / a division of electronic memories & magnetics". Below is another sticker that reads "NOTICE WARRANTY VOID IF SEAL IS BROKEN." There are two, unbroken white circular Electronic Memories inspection stickers on the lower half of the component side. A secondary printed circuit board (PCB) is attached to the substrate with nine sets of plastic flat-head screws and nuts. There are three black inspection stamps, two circular and one triangle. A repeating "neLco" pattern is printed on both boards in red.
