Both tubes have 9 connector pins. "TUNG-SOL" and "MADE IN U.S.A." are printed in white on the side of the tube. The boxes are off-white with "JTL 5687" printed in blue on the top flap and "ONE ELECTRON TUBE/ JTL 5687/ TUNG SOL ELECTRIC INC./ DATE PKD. 12/53" printed in blue on one side panel.
