The boxes are off-white with "JQ 6AQ5" printed in black on the top flap and "ONE ELECTRON TUBE / JG 6AQ5 / CONTRACTOR / GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. / MADE IN U.S.A. ACC. 8/53" printed in black on one side panel.
