Description

The object consists of a metal plate containing a plastic display (5.5 inches in diameter) and a number of plastic controls (example labels: SYNC SELECTOR, Y ATTENUATOR, X SELECTOR, SWEEP RANGE. and INTENSITY). The glass tube below the plastic display is broken with jagged pieces sticking out of the metal cover. A tag attached to the object reads "Whirlwind Stack 4G." This oscillograph was used by Ken Olsen in development of Whirlwind.
