The object is a metal panel apparently designed to bolt to a larger object. On the front of the panel are 52 indicator lights (all are populated). A Dymolabel on the top of the panel reads WWI FILAMENT SYSTEM . Sample control labels include NORMAL STANDBY, STARTED, DEC, and INC. A label attached to the unit reads "Whirlwind Stack 4A."
