DEC PDP-11 magnetic core memory board. "16K x 20 STACK" is etched on the solder side. Some of the ICs have a DEC part number, but are manufactured by other vendors. Board plugs into a DEC MJ11 memory cabinet (via the MJ-11A backplane). Used on DEC PDP-11/70 among other models.
