Object consists of a small plastic box containing: One 40-pin IC, one 28-pin IC, one smaller 28-pin IC with its top cut open to reveal the chip, a 2-inch square box containing about 12 unmounted IC chips, and a 75mm wafer with an array of circuits. Written on the back of the wafer is "6 good all others bad." When catalogued it had conductive foam which had degraded badly; this was removed. In the bottom of the box was found a business card for "Robert G. McKenna, Product Engineering Manager" at Texas Instruments in Houston TX. The small box is sealed with degrading cellophane tape and has not been opened.
