Object consists of four chips which seem to be related: The 8049 is a self-contained 8-bit microprocessor (per datasheet found by internet search). The 2911 is a "microprogram sequencer" for stepping through a program in ROM. No datasheets were found for the 5799 and 5781 in a search, although they are still obtainable from Chinese sources as of 2014. The set of four were found in deteriorating conductive foam, removed.
