The object has a heavy sheet metal frame with a pair of pivot pins at one end. Four identical PCB modules are bolted to the outside of the frame. Wires go into the interior of the frame (presumably to the actual memory array).There are screw-down connectors on the PCB modules and fine pitched plug in connectors at the pivot end of the frame.
