The object is a metal panel with sockets for 9 octal tubes (all are vacant). Most of the BNC connectors are labeled with J1 to J15. Etched on the top of the object are 601 CHECK REGISTER, 404 COMPARISON REGISTER, and SERIAL #19. On the bottom of the object is a plate reading 404 IN-OUT DELAY COUNTER.
