The object is a rack holding ten vacuum tube modules. Each module contains two vacuum tubes. One of the vacuum tube modules contains a vacuum tube type 5965 and a tube still in its case. The object also has 26 BNC connectors and four terminal strips. A number of paper tags are attached to the individual assemblies. Example labels are C15-5-1, F9-5, and C15-5-4. Two indicator light assembles are attached to the object. There are five numbered paper sticker near some BNC connectors.
