The object is a metal panel made to fit a standard 19 inch rack-mount. On the front of the panel are 10 red indicator lights (all are populated) and 10 green indicator lights (all are populated). On the back of the object are 4 terminal strips, numbered E1 to E4. A tag attached to the object reads "Whirlwind Stack 1A". There is a button on each end of the front panel.
