The object is a metal panel made to fit a standard 19 inch rack-mount. On the horizontal line from left to right are the following controls: a rheostat labeled DESK LAMP, a three-position toggle switch labeled ROOM LIGHTS, a three-position rotary switch labeled HANDSET TO SPEAKERS, and a red indiicator light labeled INTERCOM ON SPECIAL MODES. Mouonted to the back of the panel are two sub-enclosures.The larger one has two terminal strips and two connectors. The smaller sub-enclosure has a single terminal strip. A tag attached to the object reads "Whirlwind Stack 4H".
