The object is a metal panel bearing sockets for 12 octal tubes (four are populated) and a number of coaxial connectors. There is an printed label in upper left and on the rear circuit board, reads 303 B REGISTER DIGITS 0-15 SERIAL # 7". Partly obscured on both labels is "403 in out register".
