The object is a module with nine sockets all populated with vacuum tubes of varying size. All the tubes are framed by a metal handle. In the chassis there are 13 phenolic circuit boards. The boards are wired to male connectors at the bottom of the chassis. Also printed on the chassis are two inspection stamps reading "K IBM" followed by a number.
