The object has a snap closure. It is lined with felt for padding. Found with the object was a sales brochure, product documentation, a slip of torn paper with a name (George J. Kelley) and address in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a gift certificate, a "Special Notice" advertising a more expensive case, and a slip of paper labeled "Free Insured Gift Service." All of those items were bagged and sent to Archives. Also found with the object was a small brown envelope with the lot number and addometer dimensions written on the front. That object is packaged with the case.
