Object is a wire contact relay similar to the object 102688511. A handwritten unsigned note reads " This is an electrically actuated latch pick relay used in early electro-mechanical IBM computers for memory. This relay stored one bit of information. One coil set the bit on, the other set it off. Used in the early Stretch computer.".
