This record contains a part from a single channel tube, de assembled into two parts. One part is a metal tube, the other part is a circular cap which fits into the tube. The outside of the cap has a cylindrical piece in the middle, and there are six holes with pins coming through. Some of the pins have ceramic tubes around them. The bottom of the cap has a ceramic piece and copper sheet.
