The object is an assembly of one metal panel bolted to one fiberglass circuit board. The panel has 17 of 30 holes populated with bottle sockets. The circuit board has small assortment of resistors and capacitors, soldered to through pins. There is hand soldered wiring joining the sockets and the circuit board pins.
