The record contains a TeleVideo monitor with screen set into a black frame. A silver and black plastic TeleVideo name plate is affixed to the front of the monitor below the screen. There are four vents at the top of the monitor. At the back of the monitor, there are three connectors. They are labeled "P6," "P4 (Printer)," and "P3 (RS 232)." Along the bottoom edge of the back of the monitor is a contrast dial, a fuse dial, and a power switch.
