Description

This record contains one "Magazine, radarscope image recording camera type C-1A (for type 015 camera system)". This object is a modified version of a newsreel magazine and may have been used as a paper tape spooler. The magazine is rectangular with two hinges on the back and two metal bars on one side. On this same side there is a detachable cover where the film gate is, the cover is attached to the main body of the camera by a ball chain. On the bottom of the magazine there are two spinning objects which wind up the film. There is a stampled label in green ink that reads "Mag #3". There is a white metal plate which has "TRI-X" handwritten in black ink. TRI-X is a type of high speed black and white film.
