The record contains a single sided copper internal layer for a printed circuit board. The copper forms a diagnal stripe pattered boarder, of varying width, around all four sides of the layer. There is also a boarder of punched holes around all four edges. Inside the diagonal boarder is a copper rectangle with a matrix pattern. One long edge of the copper side has the word black handwritten in green pen. The other long edge of the copper side has printing that reads "VEE MCDATAMB PWB 901756-/A/ ASSY 901757 LAYER REVISION B." Along the top edge of the layer are hand etched numbers that appear backwards.
